I’m at the point in the restoration of my Ford GPW of needing to look at either hiring, borrowing or buying a good quality spot welder. I know there’s a wealth of knowledge of all types on this board and I’m pretty confident someone here will know where I can hire a spot welder. Non of the usual hire places appear to have them but someone may know of a national chain or someone in the South Lincs area who hires them out. Thanks for the reply, Unfortunately they don’t hire spot welders. I think I’ll end up buying one and then at least I can take my time over it. I just don’t know how good the Sealey/Clarke types are. I’ll only probably need to do 200 or so spots so it doesn’t need to be long lasting or even heavy duty. I have a 32amp supply so power isn’t a problem. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)
