Andy, amazing sound from your vehicle! Do these boxes that you removed not contain sensors that the engine uses? -- 2010 Defender Puma 90 + BAS remap + Alive IC + Slickshift + Ashcroft ATB rear 2015 Range Rover Sport Supercharged V8 HSE Dynamic Defender Puma Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zZ1en9 Discovery 4 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zXrtKO Range Rover/Sport L320/L322/L494 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zc58JQ |

Andy, considering @Socast's comment:
Have you noticed any drop in power or increased fuel consumption since removing the blend box? -- 2010 Defender Puma 90 + BAS remap + Alive IC + Slickshift + Ashcroft ATB rear 2015 Range Rover Sport Supercharged V8 HSE Dynamic Defender Puma Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zZ1en9 Discovery 4 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zXrtKO Range Rover/Sport L320/L322/L494 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zc58JQ |

Cannot really give opinion on fuel consumption or power difference as I had mine done not long after I bought it.I am considering putting the balance box back on.

If I drive around at a pace I can tell you I get 180 miles per tank. That’s with the exhaust chopped, upgraded supercharger pulley and a remap Noisy black one |

Is the sound too loud now? -- 2010 Defender Puma 90 + BAS remap + Alive IC + Slickshift + Ashcroft ATB rear 2015 Range Rover Sport Supercharged V8 HSE Dynamic Defender Puma Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zZ1en9 Discovery 4 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zXrtKO Range Rover/Sport L320/L322/L494 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zc58JQ |

No the sounds not loud till you open it up & on start up when its cold,,driving normal its ok,,im just putting it back on to see if it makes any difference to power,,as for fuel consumption,,if I wanted econmy I would have bought a fiesta diesel,,plus I only do about 4k a year in it.
