They just picked up my car this evening to sort out the issues and gave me a brand new £105k (sticker in the boot!) RR Vogue Autobiography demo - jeez I really don't like it - much prefer the SPORT! This feels like I am in a washing machine and moves me around so much in the car it actually makes me sick It's a TDv8 too - feels pretty fast but the Sport is still faster by 0.2 seconds.... |

I have a client who had a FFRR and hated it. Subsequently traded down to a Sport and loved it. That was a MY14 I think and he admitted the tech was dated. He’s just trading in for a Bentley Continental... My car was treated last October 2.5 years after the supplying dealership Dealership applied Autoglym Lifeshine that, tbh, was rubbish when compared to the Gardex I had had on the previous car. Yesterday I took part part in a greenlaning day on the west coast of Scotland where we have had 3 weeks of bone dry weather up to yesterday evening. I came off the drive in an RRS that looked like it had just been driven across Australia in the dry season. On the way home we had an almighty thunderstorm and monsoon type rain and after the 60 mile drive home the only bit of the car not fully clean was the tailgate, but a quick wash in the rain with a garden hose soon had that sparkling like the rest of the car, just a pity that the door openings don’t self clean in wet weather though as there was still a lot of yellow dust around them. My new car is booked in for the full Crystal Serum Ultra before it is delivered to me as soon as I mentioned to the dealership that I wanted it done I didn’t even get to ask them not to remove the transportation protection, the salesman said that they would ensure the car was taken round the corner to the detailers as it came off the transporter, just to let the detailer know when they can expect it. I am paying the detailer direct, that was no problem for the dealership. It appears that even Mini owners regularly send their new cars round the corner from the showroom to the detailer before taking delivery........... it Isn’t cheap though the treatment plus allow wheel and carpet protection will be in the region of £1000 BUT seeing how well the RRS coating has performed and the lack of effort required by me afterward with less car washing, it is well worth it! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

now that would be nice, Ferrari Giallo Fly What colour have you ordered for the Lamborghini? Tim Tim RRS sold and replaced with a Skoda Kodiaq after appalling RR Dealer experience and LR inability to supply new cars in any sort of reasonable time frame.. |

A blue which is a cross between Velocity and Estoril on the RRS. Still no sign of a delivery date on that one |
