steering vibration

Any ideas to the cause of steering vibration at 70-80mph. After 3 wheel balances its much better but not perfect
ive had the suspension inspected by land rover and they can't find any faults?
the only issue that came up was brake judder at 70+ mph.... coincidence ?
Whats your thoughts on this, can a brake disk cause vibration even if the brakes are not being used
Thanks

I get a intermittent vibration through my steering wheel at the same speeds. Always seams to happen in the first 5 minutes of starting then goes away. I need to check my brakes and see if I’ve got one dragging a little. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

It’s going back to the garage on weds as it’s still under warranty
I’m hoping they will change the discs and inspect the calipers
I’ll see how that goes 👍

I’ve just noticed that this new forum format has removed all my details. Is it just my screen that has this new format? 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

A screen shot of what I now see. And no obvious way to edit a post either.

Sorted now, I didn’t realise the forum changed a while ago and my phone was using the desktop site which I prefer. So I’ve switched back to the desktop style and all is good now. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

OK your model has the same brakes as mine I believe. I had a lot of issues of vibration on brake application which turned out to be the pad material used by Range rover, it seems in the flat land of Oz with little traffic the brakes would not get to he right temps and brake material would adhere to the rotors. I fixed by changing pads to Red Stuff pads, ECB I think. All good now. I also get some slight vibes first thing in when the outside temp is low, goes after a kilometer. I put this down to a standing flat spot in he tyres. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.

make sure the tire pressures are correct - I had a similar issue at speed even after a wheel balancing, turned out the front left tire was down on pressure with the rest.

Still going around in circles on this
The garage has been excellent, I sent the car back under warranty. They put new pads, discs and callipers on the front, rotated the wheels, full alignment and balance and its a lot better. But... on certain road surfaces it slightly comes back
what to do next? 2011 RRS facelift
