Fitted the 0906 dashcam to my RRS2 & connected it into the overhead light panel, saves running wires down the A pillar into the fusebox |

I simply piggy backed off fuses 48 permanent live and 52 ignition live, never had an issue in 4 years.

arnt you then sharing a fuse ? or did you up the fuse size ? |

Its not too bad a job. Did same myself, cables easy to hide. Piggy back fuse holder onto 12v front socket so fires up on opening door and shuts off about 5 min after ignition off. |

If you are careful & lubricate the cable with WD40 / GT85 or similar you can feed the cable through the concertina 'bellows' that run from the body to the tailgate to make it a touch neater.

The dashcam only takes about 0.2amps so no need to worry about fuses blowing |
