3mm clearance will be enough and as a rule of thumb run with the minimum thickness spacer you can get away with..... 2010 RR 5.0 Autobiography

This may not help directly but I had real probs with the 19 inch winter wheels I bought for my TDV8. In the end I had to sell them. Did contemplate spacers but was worried about risk of an issue with my insurers. The offset is a key figure in wheel purchase and it became a minefield for me.

Your next step is to purchase a set of extended wheel nuts and that will solve that particular problem. But as Easter pointed out you have the wrong offset wheel and this will be the only way to correct the problem if you want to keep the rims. 2010 RR 5.0 Autobiography

Have a look eBay for longer wheel nuts, or better still Advance Factor, they are site sponsors. As far as offset, any rim off a 494 should fit as they all run with 6 pot Brembo callipers. Supercharged RRS 1 also ran with 6 pots. 2010 RR 5.0 Autobiography

For the price of a set of wheels nuts I think I would go with that option. Iβm not sure I fancy wheel milling option over a new set of nuts. ππ» 2010 RR 5.0 Autobiography

Be worth checking what load capacity the wheels have too. Many aftermarket wheels aren't really designed for the weight of a RRS. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
