SVR Light Load Tyre Pressures

What tyre pressures do you run on the 22" Wheels.

My front is set at 40psi which I think is to high based on what the computer says but interested to see what others are running with more experience than me on this kind of thing.

I would run around 40psi all round. It is a heavy car and they will wear nice and square then.

Car pulls to the left to make it go straight you need to hold the steering wheel at about 12.30 but if you let the wheel auto centre then it pulls left.

It’s more annoying than a bad problem but I reported it twice and was told no issue so I thought it was just road camber but had the chance to get a second opinion from another dealer who confirmed it does what I say but they can’t fix it at the dealer and it would need to be sent off to be done for me but I’m waiting for customer services to now tell me who will pay for this. Before booking it in.

Not sure exactly what they want to do with it but I want it sorted now as feel I’ve been fobbed off previously when it should have been sorted.

Without having seen it, of course, it sounds like the steering track rods need shortening on one side and lengthening on the other, because the current set-up is not placing the power assisted steering in the neutral position when the wheels are straight ahead.

That is what I would look for anyway. If that is the case, it is a simple fix. But of course there may be something I am not aware of.

Adam..

I’ve not had time to get the wheel alignment sorted but I have a few spare days next week so will have to make an effort to get it sorted then.

for the last year I've only ever used the recommended pressures from the info on the door pillar. No issues here. SVR with a few bits from Urban and Glohh

4 wheel alignment done today it was a bit out but fixing it has made a big difference.

I guess the weight of the car and the state of our roads knocked it out at some point.
