I had my BMW for a full 6 months, then sold it. I just couldn't gel with it. Because i had waited nearly 8 months for it to be built and delivered, i lost interest in it by the time i took delivery, and got attached to my company van i was using at the time, while waiting for the delivery of the BM. Don't get me wrong, it was a fantastic car. But in the morning i found myself picking up the van keys rather than the BMW keys. So i sold it with 1200 miles on it. Yes it took me 6 months to do 1200 miles in it.
That is when i decided to buy myself another toy. A Focus RS.

I believe Beancounter still has his BMW, but he is more interested in a different Horse power these days....

Yes ADY, I seem to remember referring to you as white van man, however I thought you were going after a Focus ST.
My problem, I don't like the price of the later Sports, (especially with a two piece Crankshaft), and, I just do not like the Disco Sport.

I'm not sure what other great 4x4's are out there nowadays, sort of lost interest with them, as they all seem to be money pits. Well with the exception of Muddys milk float.

That RS is really lovely. The BMW must have been really if you preferred to drive a van. SVR 2018 in Santorini Black.
