2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Adriatic Blue

RRS tdv8 right turbo noise from variable

Hello everyone.

I have problem with right turbo.

Sound comes from variable.

Put both New turbos and sound is same on right side with old and New turbo.

I opened old turbo and didn’t find nothing Strange inside.

Oil pressure is fine, all conections is fine, Cat converter ok, egr ok....

That IS weird.

Sorry no experience of anything like that. If you are lucky the Disco--Mikey resident Land Rover guru will see this and offer a possible explanation. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE

No, tomorow will try to do few things before I move cabin.

Here in Split , there is no service of Land Rover .

In ZG there is Benussi , but this problem is so strange and no one has it.

I’ll fix IT, but dont know when.

There are couple more independent Land Rover workshops in Zagreb, for now I did not need any...something tells me this is going to change sooner or later

Hi to everyone

Problem was in exhaust branch on cylinder head.

IT was deformed.

I put New gasket and New nuts, but didn’t checked deformations on base of exhaust branch.

After I settled the base and put IT all together , everything is working fine.

This car destroyed me, menatl and physical health in worst time of the year.

But now I need 2.30h to remove and 3.30h to compose all together By my self, without any help.

Due the gas leakage, a turbo variable Go Crazy and make noise.

Every time you remove exhaust on head,
it is necessary to measure defomation and align if necessary.
