Following on from this thread http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic49156.html I’m about to take delivery of a brand new top of the range Tucson. It was a hard decision to sell the Sport but made a lot easier when a fellow forum member bought it

Does it come with a 7 years no quibble Warranty like Kia’s? Land Rover needs to wise up on that act and have more faith in its products than we have.......... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Better looking than the Velar,,& probably a 5th of the price,,plus like Tim says 7 years warranty.LR definitely need to get their act together especially after all the crankshaft problems, they will be loosing loads of customers,I know of 5 friend who were looking at buying used L494’s but after I’ve told them about my old one snapping crankshaft & LR not wanting anything to do with it they have gone for other brands like BMW & Audi,so 5 friends each spending on average 55-60k is a lot of money to lose. And not one person from LR has been on here with any explanation to what they are doing about the crank issue isn’t helping them at all.

Guys, I’m equally disgusted at the way the crankshaft and warranty issue is being handled and like many, it’s very unlikely I will buy another. However, IMHO bringing it up in every thread we post on doesn’t look great and in addition to the obvious labels it attracts, it also distracts people from the original post. Just my 2p and a friendly suggestion. Wouldn’t hurt me a bit if you disagreed and carried on doing it regardless

Did you use the Hyundai on line sales thingy? Is it easy to use and any comments on it? I notice that so far no other maker has followed them down the on line showroom route. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
