Obviously depends what area you come from, as I found that cheap, and was quoted £600-£780 for having my five done.

Just had a quote for £300 with the wheels on the car at this place http://www.thewheeldealwirral.co.uk/ Not bad I reckon. I`ll get my suspension issue sorted first, in case it turns out expensive and then think about getting them done Steve. |

Cymruambyth, I Unfortunately have heard complaints about the wheels being done there, they didn't last 5 minutes, they don't use acid bath etc to remove back to base, only one coat used and one layer of lacquer, where as those that charge more in this area do a far better and noticeable improvement which actually looks new. Anyone that's doing alloys on the car, I would avoid totally, don't have ovens or anything of similar ilk.

Sorry..I wasn`t clear....when i said "on the car", I meant I didn`t have to take them off and take them in. I leave the car and they take them off to refurb them

Seems a fair price for what you get to be honest, you can pay less but things like the warrenty and the convienience of a courtesy car would make me go there |
