Has anyone spoken to dealers about this model?

I have an order in from mid august, told recently November build, i spoke to them about the new model, and they have said i can move the order but will loose finance contribution, discounts and have a price increase,

Not sure what to do now, yes we had a discount on the MY17, but not massive, and with a new model on the road within weeks of me collecting that, i don't think its an option,
But on the other hand, i don't feel comfortable being told about the prices etc,

residual values are better than the old model,

some i could not get quoted on but here is what i have come across, I have based this on a 37 month pcp doing 10,000 miles per year

Taming the Tide...LR video filmed this week from Bigbury in Devon, featuring Kerri-Anne Payne and Ross Edgley.
I haven’t met Kerri but Ross is a really nice guy who’s up for all types of challenges...at present in training for the Red Bull sponsored ST Lucia to Martinique open water swim in November , a distance of 40Kms and towing a tree trunk rather oddly.
Last weekend at David Lloyd he swam 25kms in 8hrs, and this weekend the distance increases.

Well that me out, after having the order in with the dealer a couple of months , they now want to remove all finance contributions and charge the extra from the price increase for us to have the my18,

Clearly we don’t mind paying the price increase, but I thought on a £85k+ order there would be a bit more respect!

Maybe the xc90 phev is the on after all,

Laser, I'm nearly there with a stock AB being built next week, to my exact spec I may add, I'm getting 9% off the car in total & it works out £10k cheaper than the same spec my18, so by my man maths I would be around £17k worse of for new bumpers, lights & ict, no thanks! I'll take this & get a my18 in 2 years. Once brexit kicks in they will have to talk sense, I know 80% are exported but they need to keep sales going in the U.K. Aswell.

I've been round around 8 dealers over the country in the last month & there are maybe 100 run out ABs in their stock, if your not that fussy on colour or to many options you maybe lucky? I've been offered a few this week, let me know if you want some pointers on availability?

Glad your sorted, we could go ahead with the original build, but the discount wasn't massive, well not enough for me to take the old model,
The dealer also knew i really wanted to wait for the MY18, i just think its left me a bit bitter against landrover,

You can not seem to add painted calipers to the autobiography anymore,I don't want standard brake calipers as they look dreadful after a bit use,anybody else seen this?

Argh that's odd - hope it is just a configurator error...
