That looks similar to or the same as what are generally referred to as 'ELM 327 clones' . A cheap Chinese copy. They are available on eBay for even less money. If you are lucky it will actually work usually used with a free app called Torque. Of course it will only read and clear generic OBD2 codes and display live values of the same generic data. So fun; but not really much use on the RRS which is so complex with many systems that the clone won't be able to read codes for.

Buy a elm of Amazon for half that, but only works on Android. They're OK for odb2 stuff, but doesn't compare to a iidtool. Of course the iid is a touch more expensive |
