Welcome to the forums Neil, I have replied your other post about this. BTW you can get 5 20" wheels and tyres in the boot of an RRS with the rear seats folded if you are careful about how you stack them, so 22's should fit too, might have to let some air out of them though! You wil need to have a spare wheel protector for the spare too otherwise it might not be there when you next look, the spares are very easily stolen from under the rear of the car and it invariably means a new hoisting winch too after the thieves have cut the winch wire........... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Hello all. Long time lurker and now finally have my own RRS. 😬 Picked up a Stornoway Grey 2009 2.7 HSE couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it. Drives and handles far better than I had expected and don't think there'll be any other car for me now 👍🏻

Just a hello from another new guy to the forum. Currently driving a 2011 Freelander 2 but looking to upgrade to something bigger, so started looking at the D4 and then got tempted by the RRS. Here to get information and inspiration! |

Welcome to the forum 5Stey, fire away with the queries there is always somebody here who can answer most technical questions. I hope the car wasn't a basket case as many older cars have had owners who are unaware of the help that they can get here that can save them fortunes in chasing up repairs and replacements or fault finding. A 2005 car is one of the very early cars and should have had a host of replacements at both elapsed time and mileage points and often people ignore these and then the problems start. Not all jobs on RRS are wallet melting but a lot of them are if you chose a main dealer to do the job when indies are often as competent and a lot cheaper. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
