Not according to the DVLA website! On there, it's a 1,598 cc diesel VW.

What does MY18 mean? Available this autumn or next year? I have a new RRS on order which is supposed to be delivered this month. What would be my legal position if I rang up the dealer and asked them to delay delivery until the MY18 model year was on sale?

On description of your car you put for my car: MY2012 that's: Model Year 2012 so in case of above thread it's Model Year 2018. Which can be differ from year of registration.
If your close date hasn't past for alterations/additions I see no reason why you can't order the next model, you may in your case have to cancel if earlier Model and reorder at price for MY2018 but you may have to check with others or your dealer. John

So, not sure this means anything but thought I would post anyway, last Friday night I was stuck in traffic on M42/M5 interchange next to a heavily disguised RRS. I was able to see out of my window and into the cabin and gave the driver the thumbs up and he smiled. During a window down talk I said is that the new MY18 interior as it appeared to look like a Vear inside. He said he couldn't comment. I then said if I like the new Velar interior with all digital console but liked the space of the RRS should I hold off ordering a Velar or was I dreaming that the RRS would ever get that dash.

His response.... Hold off and order a RRS in the new year. (possibly a MY18.5?)

That sounds like good advice!  SVR 2018 in Santorini Black.
