If you go to the LR website and configure a new RRS you eventually get to the accessories section and can see the options there - fixed height/multi height or deployable. Retro fitting the deployable one is quite a lot of work for the dealer hence it is best as a factory fitted at newbuild for £950 as opposed to the £2000 for the dealer to do it, also I don't know if the dealer fit includes the software change for the reversing cam to show the yellow line that you use to aim at the draw of the trailer when backing up or the software upgrade for the Tow Assist option. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Why only price a deployable tow bar? A normal tow bar would be a lot cheaper. |

You have to go aftermarket for a removable one on L494 there isn't an option to have an LR one - L494 doesn't have the heavy

My wife's disco 4 just needed the electrics fitting and and the detachable towbar itself. Really off that it's such a faff with the RRS and FFRR, I wonder why. |
