Don't know if it's any help but on a 5.0L System Pressure 4.5 Bar 65.3lbf/in2 Starting Pressure 6.3 Bar 91.4lbf/in2

Thanks for all your help guy . It always that it has fixed it's self I drained the tank and put fresh in and it look.like that may have done it altho not 100 percent.

The fan is on a viscous coupler, so when it's not engaged it will stop if held. It shouldn't spin freely however. Is the wiring for it connected properly ?
