Spare Wheel

Should there be a spare wheel supplied with my car ?

If so where is it ?

I've looked under the rear as best I can.....(can't get right down or I may not be able to get back up without the help of a block and tackle ! )

But I can't see anything.

Should be underneath the boot area, they are an easy target for thieves though and often stolen Sad Nanocom Evo

Put air suspension to off road setting, that will save you a couple of extra inches bending down Very Happy Nanocom Evo

Now why didn't I think of that !

Raising the car did the trick and with the help of two sun lounger cushions I had a look.

Yes the wheel is there...(mind you I'll never change it whatever happens...I invested in two aerosol cans from Halfords that supposedly blow the tire up and seal the puncture)

Thanks again for the advice....this site is a blessing as trying to find anything in that awful owners handbook is so difficult.

Fit an RLD spare wheel protector to avoid some scum bag stealing it!
Use those cans of Censored and the tyre will be irreparable...just call the AA and get them to change the wheel....with your "non-stolen" spare Thumbs Up
Uncle Ray makes the RLD

Second this. I am disabled, but the fitting is very easy and does secure your wheel, either that or fork out over £500 for new alloy, tyre and winch Very Happy Just bought a RRS 06 MY HSE TDV6 136,000 miles, to be a second car to my bland, boring Mitsubishi Outlander 68 plate 2.0 petrol 4

I'd fit it for Hutch if I was closer to Northumberland.... Visitor from fullfatrr.com

Totally useless when you have a side wall puncture. Join a recovery service, they will change the wheel 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater Smile)))
