My money is on something as simple as air in the system. I hope it's something simple as would like the car back as soon as possible. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

Picked up my car from the dealer today who told me they had been through the whole brake system and found no fault but they bleed the system and said they had sorted the huge pedal travel problem. As I drove away the brakes were no different to how they were when the car was dropped off. After about 50 miles the problem with the pedal travel just seem to rectify itself and brakes have been fine since.

Car was spotless when dropped off but dealer said they had cleaned it for me like I should be greatfull . When they bought the car round it looked like it had been sat under a tree for the week and they had washed it with a dirty rag and left it out in the sun to dry without rinsing it off then sprayed bulls**t shine everywhere so I had to spent over 2 hours getting it clean and back to how it looked when dropped off. To say I'm not happy is a understatement. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

Do you still have the fade problem if you keep pressure on the brake pedal? If so then not fixed! Robin

If you hold pressure on the pedal then it will still fall away slowly but tried 2 other cars the same age and they both do the same so I'm guessing everything is as it should be. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

it will drop a few inches due to the vacum assist. Best way to test is with the engine off, pump the brakes a few times, they should go solid with no movement.
