Picked up my car from the dealer today who told me they had been through the whole brake system and found no fault but they bleed the system and said they had sorted the huge pedal travel problem. As I drove away the brakes were no different to how they were when the car was dropped off. After about 50 miles the problem with the pedal travel just seem to rectify itself and brakes have been fine since.

If you hold pressure on the pedal then it will still fall away slowly but tried 2 other cars the same age and they both do the same so I'm guessing everything is as it should be. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

it will drop a few inches due to the vacum assist. Best way to test is with the engine off, pump the brakes a few times, they should go solid with no movement. |
