Thanks for the pictures. I would never have guessed that was corris in the pictures. I fully agree from the start i fancied the P380 just curious how that engines feels as we know the Diesel is a peach with lots of low down torque. SVR 2018 in Santorini Black. |

Thats very true - the Torque of the D makes the drive pretty effortless in a sport and on a Velar it's 0.5 secs quicker to 60 - should be a hoon! |

My friend who also has one on order and was with me is in the same boat as you - I think the cheap motoring bit is going to be pretty true! |

Sorry, think I worded that poorly. They didn't give reasons to choose a 2.0 diesel over a 3.0 diesel, it was more a petrol vs diesel comparison they gave depending on journeys. I've picked out my own reasons for the 2.0 being a reasonable choice. In fairness if/when I order one I'm sure I will just go for the 3.0 anyway, just because lol 2012 RRS SDV6 2014 BMW 320d X-Drive Touring 1999 VW Polo stage rally car |

I REALLY liked that Navy Blue leather, I've specced a standard ebony black, which is the easy/boring option, but wish I was brave enough to choose the blue as I think it is something just a little bit special. 2012 RRS SDV6 2014 BMW 320d X-Drive Touring 1999 VW Polo stage rally car |

The 3.0D comes with air suspension (!) so works out not too much more than the D240! Also you get those nice square exhaust pipes - as long as you are choosing dynamic-R - so I agree that's probably what you'll end up choosing! I'm in the same boat as you, but my short journeys are pointing me to petrol. However, the 3.0 SC is super expensive, as its only available in HSE trim. I'm having a hard time spec'ing...... |

Thanks for the info. I need to do a bit more research before ordering, as I didn't know some of the things being mentioned on here. 2012 RRS SDV6

I have indeed TDV8HST. I think it looks a bit long, low and bland in black - maybe if it had 22's and the black pack it would have looked nicer! I really need to see a white one with black roof and stealth pack - so far no luck! I wish I get to see one before the orders go in! |
