I can attest to the climate seats being very good indeed too and really enjoyed using them last summer every day.

Maybe yours works better than mine, or I'm expecting something different, but if the doors are almost closed it still doesn't pull them shut, which is what I'm used to on my Mercedes. Indeed, on the Merc. it's hard to stop them closing as it's impossible for them to be 'nearly' closed, but on the RRS it's quite easy for them to rest in that position. |

Soft closing doors would be no good at all for me,,when the wife gets out & closes the passenger door the drivers side opens she slams it that hard.

I think you must have a problem with the soft close operation because my doors all pull closed from the ajar position very positively. So much so that I would worry that little fingers from kiddies could get trapped with absolutely no way of pulling them out!

The inoperable driver's side soft door close on delivery could be related to the "delivery mode" (like a super-valet mode) that the car is put in from the factory and is removed as part of the PDI. |

Or not, as the case may be! Sounds like you've solved the problem, thanks, and it should be easy to sort at the dealer. |
