I thought when you enable/disable it in the "Driving Features" menu it remembers that. I believe IIDTool can make it unavailable permanently as if not installed.

Because it's stuck on, due to wrapping on the bumper and at night it's driving my mum nuts.

Do you know if was working before wrapping the car? Any chance the radar/sensor got damaged during the wrapping process?

The guy who wrapped it has said if anything was damaged to the wrappingbtgen he will more than happily pay to rectify, but as he said nothing electrical was moved or touched so he's 100% sure it wasn't damaged. And during the removal of the film they removed the bumper and everything still looks as new.
