Hi all

I came to get in the sport yesterday after leaving it, and found the rear suspension had sunk. When I started it, it returned to normal height. I left it last night and it sunk again this morning. It was fine over the weekend.

What do people think the problem could be?

Put it in offroad height and then stop the engine and leave the drivers door open (this stops the vehicle from trying to level the vehicle etc.).

Listen for any leaks on the back corner. you could also make up a bucket of soapy water and use a cup to throw the water onto the airbag. If there are no leaks then it could be a valve sticking open in the relay block

Sounds as though you may have two issues..

You've definitely got a weak compressor, you may be lucky and just need to replace/clean the air dryer (£20 for the dryer on ebay or £50 for a kit to rebuild most of the compressor) or it may be that it's simply worn out and needs replacing (around£400) here is a guide to replace it: http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic28349.html

Second issue and more than likely the one that caused the first is that you've got an air leak (which is causing the compressor to have to work harder than normal)

The rear of the car raises first as it weighs less than the front.

I would only take it to a specialist or dealer as some of the systems on this vehicle are fairly unique to it and most garages won't know what to look for.
