yesterday the red triangle came on when i accelerated fast from the junction.

normally this clears after turning the ignition off for approx 10 mins.

i have a loss of power today when driving - max 30mph, red triangle on, when i switch off i hear a whistling noise.

engine management light is also now on

i have had the faults read as below:

P1247 - DTC definitions NOT found - refer to manual

P006A - MAP mass or volume air flow correlation

P0235 - Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor A Circuit


any ideas what has happened?

members are suggesting on other posts - EGR valve, DPF, turbo hose split etc.

I think you have the answers there already.
Split in the intercooler or hose is most common. Black smoke when accelerating?
Could also be turbo failing or as simple as the map sensor failing. Bodsys Brake Bible
