It might be worth re-seating the connection to each of the headlights, disconnect give the plug a liberal squirt of electrical contact cleaner (Halfrauds sell it), give it a couple of mins to work it's magic, shake off any excess and reconnect.

Two tabs either de of the headlights lift up and the unit will come forwards and lift out. There is a single plug that connects to the back of the unit with maybe 15 or 20 pins. Theres a little locking collar you need to squeeze to remove the plug. |

My indie told me not to use the lights switch in 'Auto' as they had seen a few burn out/short.
