I would start by jacking the car up and looking for any tightness in the system before launching into replacement pumps.

Had a similar issue with my 2010 RRS Supercharged where the steering wheel wasn't returning to centre on its own after turning corners,if you know what I mean just seemed stiff in operation.

Lubricate everything first, certainly be the cheapest option.

My money is on the issue being the lower steering column UJ and the powersteering fluid has never been changed since new. |

I agree with Socast, i had the same symptoms on my d3 and it was the lower steering arm seized nearly solid!! |

I had the same problem UJ. sprayed with WD40 fixed problem but will need new one. |
