Basicly you need your dealer on your side, they email details of your faults together with what they think your car is worth off to LR.

Hi Noddy. I rejected my car 8 months old re. bad paint. Just heard yesterday that my rejection has been accepted and the dealer has agreed figures with LR and I can now decide what replacement car spec I want. One happy guy now! Rob

OK I'm feeling slightly more positive now - have made contact with the customer services people at LR and the ball is definitely rolling..

Noddy, understand if you don't want to go through the details now while it's still all up in the air, but it would be good to get a summary of the process when you're all done for the benefit of other forum users
