Hi Neil, did you get to the bottom of your problem? I'm interested as I have the same code recurring.
I've just replaced both EGR valves (diff code) but still get the fault - with no lights - engine system fault - and my RR acts like a tortoise on sedative
Frustrating is not the word!
Having read up a bit, P132B is def a turbo fault, but knowing my luck it'll be royal stuffed! Evil or Very Mad
cheers

Hi Mel

After having the codes read I was told you can't just clean and oil the actuators it's body off and normally new turbos
So I went home ordered some high temperature penetrating oil 18£ stripped as much as I was Comfortable with out the engine bay and under the wheel arch then got a long straw on the oil can and drown it all around the turbo with the oil turning the key on and off this helped work in the oil as the actuator moved
Let oil drip off over night and I have not has a problem since then

Have you had the boost pressure tested on the turbos is the cat ok not blocked as this happens on the lorrys at work

Good luck 61 AB 5.0 supercharged rocket

Thanks Neil. I haven't had the pressures read yet, just waiting for my mechanic to finish his festive season! lol
As its an intermittent fault, I am hoping that I can do the same as you and get it cleaned out. I will probably trade it in thereafter as I'm not going to be able to afford a new turbo anytime soon which is pretty depressing. I will keep you posted and I appreciate you coming back to me. Happy New Year Thumbs Up

the other way to do it it too get a coat hanger and move the actuators up and down to free them, while spraying oil on them.
full access height, jack it up and remove belly pan, if you lie on your back you can just about see them 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater Smile)))

Hello! hope all are well
So I got my car back, and we are definitely better! I was going to have a crack myself, but then decided better of it so mechanic had it and my actuator is now free! lets hope it stays that way!
Do you recommend a good 'oiling' at every service?
I'm so glad I'm not acting like a tortoise any more, so nice to put my foot down and something happen!
I got new tyres today too so for now....things are good....
I'm not going to count my chickens tho! lol Laughing

Hi Pal would you please be kind enough to tell me the name of the high temp oil you used and where you bought it from? and also what side wheel arch cover did you remove near side or off side?

Thumbs Up
Regards

Mani

Mine worked, for a whole day
not a happy bunny Sad
I have a workshop at home so I think I'm gonna get it cleared, get a heater, and some oil - what's best Neil? and have a crack myself
Geez I surely can't do any worse...
Is there anything on YouTube anyone know?

Thanks all for the help, its definitely the actuator (I assume I only have one?) so being on this forum has been great
