2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zermatt Silver

Heater doesnt operate for first 5 minutes or so.

2005 RRS HSE TDV6 109k miles.

I have owned the car for a few weeks now and have noticed that when it is cold, the heater doesn't operate for the first few minutes of driving. Pushing auto/manual, off, econ buttons light up but no blower or air. Then it comes on and works like it should. It works perfectly, on manual or auto modes.

Any ideas what could be wrong please

Maybe the relay under the bonnet

Swap it for the rear one which isn't used in the RRS

Update - spot on, it was relay 16, under the bonnet, next to the battery.
