If you aren't too far from Dundee then forum member Disco-Mikey is your man, he currently has an RRS he's breaking so you might get a used EPB release wire from him (or a whole unit) and he can set them up too............. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

It probably doesn't need a new EPB module. The cables (from module to wheel hub) are replaceable individually and the shoes aren't that expensive. It's entirely possible that the fault is a knackered EPB shoe rather than the EPB module itself. I reckon you should be able to get it done for much less than you're being quoted. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Complete and utter mickey take Is that at a main dealer by any chance?? If not then you need a new indie Mine failed over the summer at 7 1/2y of age Indie stripped it down and rebuilt it for a couple of hundred quid He said he's hardly ever fitted the complete new module and if so hed have charged me less than half of your quote using JLR parts Cheers |
