Hi Dave, ours is exactly the same, sometimes it goes off but if it wasn't for our CCTV seeing the hazards flashing you wouldn't know... 2007, HSE, Cairnes Blue, Factory tints, Love it !!! |

As buckster said, if you unplug the sounder module, it's on the drivers side under the brake pipes. A Volvo unit.

The lack of volume of the main sounder has been an issue since launch in 2005! If you are old enough to remember back to then you might recall at that time there was a huge fuss being made in the press about how unnecessarily loud car alarms were......... also that people felt it was unnecessary that you needed to have a comfirmation beep when the car was locked and the alarm was set................. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I know what you mean Ilard but I have had the treatment and it worked, no more sleepless nights ............... I blame "auto correcting" grammar and spelling now. Now I get worked up by those who have to type everything in bold and have to quote massive long posts before they make a 3 word comment................ 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
