The steering is light thankfully. I do notice the difference when I get in other cars.

Was it a full wheel alignment including camber and castor or just tracking you had done.

The customary way to find the best place for alignment near your location is to use this website:

I find the steering quite light and it suits me perfectly,, make the car so easy to drive. Recently had an XC70 as a courtesy car,, brand new, and it was like driving a tractor, found the steering very heavy compared to the RS 2010 RRS, TDV8

Thanks all for the help. Will probably have alignment looked at again after ive had new tyres fitted. Im used to tractor feeling steering. Unless its a brand new valtra then its super light |

Remember the power steering assistance is speed-related and so very light at low speeds but weights up a bit at higher speeds. It takes a little getting used to but is generally very good. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE
