2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

I stand to be corrected on this but I think all you need for your car is the Remote/ Park Heating software and the remote controller as it has a built in diesel powered pre-heater for emissions cold start reasons. We have a forum member in the UK who can do the conversion but I wouldn't know about Denmark. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Happy to take the trip out there.... Laughing Thumbs Up

I think the issue is, in the nordics where it's particularly cold, people have electric block heaters on overnight to be able to start in the morning. Particularly if the car is in a garage as the FBH will generate fumes. Bodsys Brake Bible

Thanks for the replies.

Is the conversion something I can do with instructions - or is it too technical with the need for specialist equipment etc ?

I can supply the remote for the FBH. http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic43755.html

You'll need to get it enabled with a suitable tool (Autologic, IID, Nanocom, MSV2) Bodsys Brake Bible

Hi Bodsy - how can I tell that my 2011 HSE SDV6 already has all the necessary hardware - so that "all" I need is the remote for the FBH, and an enabling tool (eg Autologic, IID, Nanocom, MSV2) ?

Open the bonnet, look to the front right hand side of the engine bay. Is there a big gap or is there a small motor type thing with pipes there? Take a pic of the whole engine bay and upload it if you like, but I'd have thought that yours would have it. Bodsys Brake Bible

Does anyone have a oil heater or engine heater solution for a petrol/supercharged engine?

Hi Bodsy - thanks for the info. You are right - mine has Webasto Thermo Top VEVO unit 9024093B unit installed.

So all I need is the GBP 175 remote unit - plus the enabling tool ?

Can you provide both ?

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

Hi fellas had my Range Rober Sport 4 years now and every winter it just won't start if temperature is sub 1 degrees. Exactly what do I need in order to convert my Sebastopol into a preheater?

Mine is an 05 HSE if you need the numbers off the top I can post but I have seen a mention of a remote and a kit? Just need some direction for this one as warming under the bonnet with and electric heater fan in the morning is becoming a real bind!

Cheers Roddo!
