Sat nav and radio no sound

So the other day the radio and sat nav sound stopped working,
Then when I used my phone, again no sound,
Any ideas,
Seen there was a recall on the radio module for sound but my chassis number is out with the chassis number recall range.
Cheers for any help. Big Cry

Interesting up date...
Car went in to local dealer, checked everything out,
They think the amp is U/S
Anybody had this problem?

The local dealer has tried that twice,
They also reformatted the sat nav,
They checked for any fault code there after, none.
Still no volume from sat nav or radio,
They have suggested that a amp behind the dash has a fault, but can't be sure.
