Just saying that you could get OE pads off eBay for £30/£40 and fit them yourself - its not a hard job, maybe 30 mins? |

Fitting your own Mintex Pads can save a fortune and they are a good make, but you can pick up genuine LR pads at a fraction of the price dealers charge for them at service time, as suggested by the member above. Why LR feel they have to rip you off on everything doesn't bode well for continued commitment to the brand. John

Had my service done in May and it was noted that rear pads were 30% and that they would need to be changed in a few thousand miles. They put the cost at 282 euro. Robbing bast.... |

I WAS going to have a go, read Bodsys brake bible, I also have a 3t trolly Jack, heavy duty axel stands, but the wife will not let me do it, I am repairing doors and remote systems all day, and she won't allow me to undo a couple of bolts on my car MY 13 3.0 SDV6 HSE Black Edition
