And at what position did you align the trigger wheel in the crankshaft?

I do believe you have the trigger wheel approx 180 degrees out |

Mike do u have the tool ? If so am I 180 degrees out being the perfect degrees ? If yes then I would take the gamble on doing it again but without the tool. Paying 200 odd quid for a piece of metal seems a little steep.

I don't have the tool. From what I have seen, it sounds as though your trigger wheel is APPROX 180 degrees out.
