Oh yeah it was free for the recall, my point was i never knew about it until dealer said they was doing it while they had it for a service.

Maybe they was exaggerating the time as i was desperate to get my car back after they put me in a smelly Vw Jetta.

Had my letter this morning, booked in 1st August earliest available booking,and told they need it for the day.
They are suppling a car for the day though Currently MY16 Disco 4

Recall

Hi all. I tried without much success to book my RRS into Lookers Park Royal for the crankshaft sensor fault.

The earliest date they could offer was end of September if I brought it in otherwise end of October if they had to collect. Moreover they required the car overnight.

Does anyone know who is in charge at Lookers Park Royal? Their turnover of managers is high making it hard to build a good relationship. RRS (MY13) Santorini Black SDV6 HSE luxuary
