I was quoted £150 For new front bushes fitted to ARB with Ace system, By a indie in Hainalt Essex The body needs lifting to remove the brackets. I believe the non Ace system is easier, no body lift itisme |

Not sure where the rumour started but you don't need to lift the body to change the front ARB bushes, you do need to lift the diff slightly.. |

With the assistance of a cut down socket welded to the ring end of a ring spanner (to get at the passenger side clamp bolts) all was done on the drive way with not too much of a problem other than a bit of spanner rash on the knuckles. No lifting diff, splitting drive shafts etc. Oh, and I have ACE fitted. |

The work was done by an independent garage in Salisbury. The parts were £70 but I'm not sure about how much the cost was for just doing the ARB's as I had it serviced too. |
