I believe they have legal right to access the Event Data Recorder (the "black box") which means they are free to access the ECU as well. Regards etc.,

If all goes well having my S/C re-mapped by Alive on Thursday, only trouble is the Insurance Company want a extra 18.00 That's about 50 miles worth of Petrol
