Inlet housing not attached to the throttle body correctly would be my initial thought.

This turned out to be a socket that had been dropped into the turbo by an idiot. |

I ran for a couple of hundred miles and the result was a new turbo that was replaced by the dealer.

Even with something as simple as seat covers when they drive your pride and joy into the works. Not all do!!! John

The first thing I do when I am doing the belts is as soon as I remove the air pipe, I stuff a big rag in the pipe so nothing can fall down.
