2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Lux Santorini Black

Hi all

I'm the one to blame for starting this thread and the first to receive a tailgate module from the-big-1.

For those considering embarking on installation I can only give them my fullest encouragement.

Installation is pretty foolproof but splicing in the 3 connections is a bit fiddly and I resorted to soldered connections and using shrink sheaths. The hardest part frankly is the trim. It's a bit of a struggle to get off and it is best done with extra care to support the right hand side to prevent the wires to the close switch getting tugged and the risk of a disconnect.

Allow an hour or so but the rewards are so well worth the effort.
