The Steering Wheel and Airbag will swap but the Switches will not unless they have been modified.

I did actually do this and fit a Facelift Heated Steering Wheel, Switches and also Paddle Shift to a Pre-Facelift, Used all new parts etc. total cost for parts was somewhere in region of £1000.00. Not to difficult to do though.
