2011 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Battery dead resulting in loads of faults

Managed to drain the battery and when starting up it showed loads of faults cleared them all with iid tools but one fault keeps coming back
P0610-55 (2F) Control module vehicle options error - System programming failure - is not configured
Now got a gearbox fault indicated but nothing showing up in the fault codes
Tried a hard reset but gearbox fault still showing on dash display and nothing on the fault codes apart from P0610
Have noticed also then when the car is locked the P symbol is flashing on the dash display
Any help on this would be predicated
