Hi Tim, I have completed the survey twice ( sent twice 2 weeks ago ), I completely pasted LR for the leather seats, poor choice of exterior plastics and the piano black interior that will scratch on its own and lastly the less than great dealer service. Stated that it would be nice if someone from LR actually contact me over this to talk it over. but zilch.. nothing.

Almost what I put in my reply except I deal with 3 excellent dealerships. I also mentioned that quality seems to be falling in proportion to the rises in price and that the price charged is not reflected in the quality of the finish and that QC and senior management needs a rocket up their corporate backsides for allowing some of the shoddy workmanship that we the customers frequently have to return the cars to dealers for remedial work that should never have even got to the end of the production line. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I received that survey request a few weeks after getting the car. I also blasted them about QC i.e. seats, fuel slosh, missing AHBA etc. and indicated I would like to talk in more detail. Can't recall any contact from LR. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

I had a e-mail survey last week regarding the specific person I dealt with at LRHQ over my RRS being broken for 6 weeks.

Customer satisfaction surveys , these will be the ones where they pick out the good remarks to use in their marketing blurb and ignore anything remotely negative

I'm 16 years in and uttered those same words when I had my RRS but the current DS has restored my faith

I know the feeling ref LR products.. no more for me at this price.. the materials now being used in manufacturing do not reflect the price being asked for the vehicle. LR have not learned you can not fit cheap inferior materials on a premium product and get away with it long term. The feed back now appearing with leather, trim quality, dealer attitudes etc, is destroying their image as a"premium vehicle manufacturer" . Quality and value for the sums being asked was one of the things I commented about and also, having just had a test drive in the new Volvo XC90 which is finished to a far higher standard and costs 30% less AND is a available as a proper hybrid could well end up as my RRS replacement sadly after so many years with Land Rovers. At least I will still have my trusty and now appreciating 20 year old Defender for serious off-road play! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I received this Please share your Land Rover Purchase Experience and like Tim value was my biggest hint, I think the long list of options should be shortened by removing items that should be standard in this price range. Interesting the survey asked what research I did pre purchase , They mentioned BB's so I would think sites like these should be read by the Indian Owners.
