Been in touch with Hairy Dan over on the Disco Forum who is involved with this and he is happy for me to share this over here for you guys, hopefully it will be of interest to some and from what I have seen looks to be a great day out and all for a very worthy cause and excellent price.

Guys, I have been on the website, but can't really see if you use your own vehicle or one that is driven by a guide?

I took my RRS1 TDv8 on one of the very early Keilder runs and will second what has been said by Buckster above. I wasn't that concerned about taking my RRS on the drives and AliCatt also joined us in his RRS for the day en route from Beligium to Wick, fresh off the overnight ferry into Newcastle. The guys running the event were way more concerned that I might damage my RRS following the D3's around than I was. I only dodged out of one section after I became the tailend charlie and wasn't happy at the way that the track had been totally chewed up by the D3's on MTR's that had got stuck, I was running on Ice and Snow tyres having left my MTR's at home due to the longish motorway trek to Keilder from home. I didn't get stuck once unlike some of the D3's These are great runs and extremely well marshalled and monitored. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Been on a couple of these events in the past though both times in the 90, have been thinking of doing another one. Don't foregot the free breakfast for the driver as well.. Could this be the makings of a RRS event ??
