Replacement Wheel Nuts

Changed the 22"s to 21"s today but 6 of the wheel nuts are on last legs. They managed to get them back on (they have expanded they said) but need to get replacements.

Going to replace all 20 (16 if keep locking wheel nuts) but at a cost of £6 each from Rocar Land Rover it's going to be costly!

Is there anywhere I can get the correct wheel nuts which are as good as the genuine ones but cheaper? Do I have to buy from the dealerships spares and repairs departments?

That's a great price Duckworthparts Very Happy I will get my husband to ring and place an order. Does he need to mention we are forum member? Do you always have plenty in stock?

Lost for words - why get rid of the locking wheel nuts? Motor parked outside so don't want to risk wheels getting pinched especially as just put a decent set of LR wheels on. Embarassed

They're prone to cracking and spinning, wreaking absolute havoc when they fail. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

Thanks Lost For Words - not sure we would dare leave it without locking nuts. It was the ordinary nuts that were causing the problems today Crying or Very sad

I guess it depends where it gets left, but just be aware that they could leave you right up the proverbial creek. Thumbs Up

There's no winning with any of the nuts. Big Cry Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK
