Active Stabilization Pressure Control Valve Error code

Help please ,Got a the red warning on my 2005 SC , Ran the IID tool and its came back with C1B11-62 (2e) error code which is as below , I noticed the fluid level was low so topped it up and it seemed ok for 5 miles ish but back on .
Is it possible to check the pump pressure with IDD Tool and what should it be? Is it more likely the pump ?

I also noticed that the suspension ( all corners ) would drop after a day or so just a few days prior to this fault ?

Is it possible to bleed the system with IDD Tool or will it need Stealer ?

Any advice on what to check first appreciated ,cheers

Check fluid level and condition. For sticking/faulty valves,
install a new valve block.

Valve Block (60.60.20) Check the pump operation and
hoses, rectify as necessary. Install a new pressure
transducer as necessary.

Valve Block Transducer (60.60.22) Carry out the manual
bleed procedure.

Active Stabilization System Bleeding (60.60.13)

I recently replaced the valve block on mine, my fault turned out to be the pump.

So long story short, I've got a guaranteed working good condition valve block. It's listed on fleabay but feel free to make me an offer.

The system should self bleed (to a degree), the ACE pump is just below the reservoir on the left of the vehicle (as you look at the front). I've got a .pdf with everything you could ever need to know about the system, drop me a pm if you would like it.
Have a listen to the pump, mine is currently whining at around 1200rpm. I'm not getting any dash lights though, my system works as it should, it's just noisy.
