Update*** OK so after removing the battery and having it tested twice by two different people, they have both said the battery is fine and reading normal so figuring it's the alternator.. does any one have any idea of a price for an indy to replace this?

OEM alternator, inc fitting in a TDV8 is around £450

Thanks for the reply Mikey, bit blonde here and trying to help him any which way I can for fear of either of us losing our sanity. Can I ask is OEM the brand of alternator that it would take? |

OEM means Original Equipment manufacture.

Denso is OEM, and exactly the same part you would receive in a Land Rover box, at a much lower price |
