2011 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Service cost

My vehicle is a Dec 2011 SDV6 with 57,000 miles. What is the typical main dealer cost members pay for an annual service. I have just been charged about £750 for the privilege. Is this normal?

Each years service varies Mac, have a ring around

But I did think your service was less than that?

Just had the fith year 80k including diff oils for less than £500

Quick tip: avoid main dealers. Use a good indie/specialist and you'll save yourself a bundle of cash. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Having always used main dealer services, I now use a well recognised Indie on Essex/Suffolk border who is exactly half the price for A & B services, includes a loan car and is approved by LR & warranty companies for stamping the book

Mac, I see you're Suffolk. Try LRS (Land Rover Services) at West Mead Industrial Estate between Gosfield & Sible Hedingham 01787 469553. About 15 minutes south west of Sudbury
